The sum of 78 million francs cfa has been raised in the ocean division of the South region by the CPDM supporters in support to the presidential campaign for the CPDM candidates Paul Biya. The figure was made public in Kribi during a meeting that brought together CPDM supporters of the ocean division that was chaired by the head of the CPDM delegation to the ocean Jules Doret Ndongo. The meeting equally provided a platform to map out campaign strategies for incumbent President Paul Biya.
The CPDM meeting in Kribi was a set platform for the supporters of the CPDM party in the ocean division to map out strategies that will improve their readiness in the division as they prepare to begin campaign for their candidate Paul Biya on September 22nd for a one hundred percent win in the upcoming presidential election. Jules Doret Ndongo who heads the CPDM permanent delegation to the ocean division said their agenda was to share with all their militants the orientations and the directives given by the secretary general of the CPDM party Jean Kwete as regards election campaign and voting. He told militants of the ocean division that the secretary general of the party has handed over some rules and regulations that are expected to guide their activities during this period. They were told by exemplary militants of the CPDM party of good moral behaviour and uphold the values of peace, unity and love.
Contributions from CPDM sub section, friends of the ocean division and the proximity by senator Gregoire Mbamba sum up to 77 million 800 hundred and seventy thousands francs funds for the CPDM campaign. Jules Doret Ndongo said the money will be used to finance campaign of the man they described as their champion who is President Paul Biya. A divisional committee which is in charge of managing the campaign fund was put in place and instructed to use the money solely for the purpose of elections. CPDM supporters in the ocean division who have not yet collected their voter’s cards were asked to go their neighbourhood and sensitized those who are lagging behind. The CPDM coordination campaign committee coordinated by Minister Jules Doret Ndongo was presented to the supporters with directives from the CPDM central committee. The ocean division divisional campaign committee is expected to work with voters on the field and ensure the electorate for the CPDM party is ready before October 7th.
At the close of the CPDM meeting Kribi the people could not dispatch to their localities without thanking President Paul Biya for the realization of huge projects in the area. Prominent amongst them is the construction of the Kribi multipurpose deep sea port.
