The 1st Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly,
The President of the Economic and Social Council,
The President of the Constitutional Council,
The Procureur General of the Supreme Court,
Members of Government,
Your Excellencies, Heads of Diplomatic Missions,
Distinguished Participants in the Major National Dialogue from the
Ten Regions of Cameroon and Abroad,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

We have come to the end of these four days of the Major National Dialogue convened by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Paul BIYA, and have discussed at length different themes linked to the resolution of the sociopolitical crisis that has rocked the North-West and South-West Regions for close to four years now.
